Since 2013, I have loved helping Kiwi home owners get ahead faster than what they were with their bank, saving them thousands in interest, paying their mortgages off faster and helping them reach their financial goals.
I find there to be a real lack of good advice available through mainstream channels when it comes to mortgages, simply being shown how to structure your loan to save thousands if not hundreds of thousands of dollars in interest for instance is information most lending institutions are not too happy to promote!
I also love working with first home buyers, often people come to me confused, frustrated & unsure what to do next, my approach is to keep it simple and enjoyable, and I love visiting my clients for the first time in their new homes!
Coming from a non-finance background, I'm not your typical banker, I haven't been taught to tick boxes or think within a set of certain parameters, I have learnt that everyone is different and needs to be treated that way. I go over and above for my clients as I'm not simply there to get them a mortgage, I'm there to help them achieve what's really important to them. A mortgage is just a means to an end, my job is to help my clients enjoy the journey and get to their destination as fast as possible.
